At Kindrune, every Kindle case is carefully crafted for readers who value both protection and aesthetic. Because some of our products are personalized while others are not, different return conditions apply.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.


🛡️ Damaged or Defective Items (All Products)

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item or model sent)

We will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund, regardless of personalization.

📩 Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.


✨ Personalized Products

Personalized cases are custom-made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Because of this, personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

This includes cases customized with:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Custom text

  • Uploaded images

  • Pet portraits

  • Any made-to-order design

Please double-check spelling, device model, and details before placing your order.


📦 Non-Personalized Products

Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund or exchange.

To qualify:

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.


🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Personalized items (unless defective)

  • Incorrect device selected by the customer

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

  • Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage

  • Requests made outside the return window


📦 How to Start a Return or Claim

Please contact us at support@kindrune.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue or reason

  • Photos (required for damaged/defective claims)

Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours.

If a return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.


🔄 Refund Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Full refund to original payment method

  • Replacement shipment at no cost

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.


🚚 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Personalized orders move into production quickly and may not be editable after this window.
